Easy Flow Yoga 

A gentle practice for body and mind.

Easy flow Yoga is the perfect class for both beginners and experienced participants as it is performed at a slower pace with more time for relaxation.

Classes include a mixture of meditation, breath-work and energising movement.

Benefits: helps the body to get stronger, muscles become more flexible and provides physical, emotional and mental balance. Is shown to add in pain relent, reduce stress, relieve depression, and improve sleep quality.

Cost:

Casual $25 per class

Easy Flow Yoga - Class details

Enjoy a calming, relaxing and intimate 1.5 hour class with a maximum of 8 participants per class.

Weekly classes held Thursday to Sunday.

Class structure:

* 15 minute body warm up with gentle stretching

* 45 minutes gentle guided movement with breath work

* 30 minutes positioned on the floor as you experience deep relaxation/meditation to heighten the benefits of this yoga practice.

Suitable for:

* Beginners and experienced yoga participants 

* All age groups and genders

* Pregnant participants. Please call Deanna on 0405660606 prior to booking.

What to wear:

* Comfortable clothing - not too tight or too loose. You need to be able to move freely without clothing hindering or restricting movement.

* Bare feet is recommended during the class.

What to bring:

* Please note yoga mats are provided

* Water bottle

* Small towel

Wellbeing Restorative Yoga

Deep mental and physical relaxation.

Wellbeing Restorative Yoga is a slower, more restful and passive approach to yoga. It's purpose is to help melt away muscle tension to create space in the body and alleviate stress.

The main focus of Wellbeing Restorative Yoga is to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation by holding fewer poses for longer, with the aid of props (blankets, bolsters, pillows), without strain or pain.

Benefits: Deeply relaxes the body and stills the mind. Can help balance our busy lifestyles and has enormous capacity to heal stress-related physical and emotional issues.

Cost:

Casual $50 per class

Wellbeing Restorative Yoga - Class details

Enjoy the ultimate mental and physical relaxation in an intimate 1 hour 45 minute class with a maximum of 5 participants per class.

Weekly class held on Sundays at 9am.

Class structure:

* During the 105 minute class, you will be guided through 5-7 different postures using different props (eg. blankets, straps, bolsters, weights and eye pillows) for comfort and support.

* Each posture has a specific purpose and benefit that is explained in depth.

* During each posture, you will be guided through a body meditation.

Suitable for:

* Beginners and experienced yoga participants 

* All age groups and genders
