Massage
In my work, I'm working with you -
your fascia, your breath, your nervous system.
Your body holds wisdom - sometimes it just needs the right space to be heard.
My intuitive massage treatments guide you back into connection through gentle, attuned touch, deep listening, and presence. Each session supports nervous system regulation, grounding, and emotional balance, allowing the body to release through deep stillness, unwinding the body and allowing patterns to drop away.
This is a grounded, intuitive process that supports those ready for deeper change, working with the body to shift held patterns and return to the body.
These treatments support you to feel more centred, connected, and bring you back into the present moment.
NB: On the day of your massage - Alcohol cannot be consumed prior to appointment.

TMJ Treatment
TMJ jaw and fascia release using slow, precise fascial techniques, intra-oral work, intuitive touch, and Craniosacral therapy. Working with your body as the guide, this treatment supports it to slow down, unwind, and release patterns held within the body as the system comes into the present moment and returns to its natural state
It is common for the body to continue integrating changes for a few days following treatment, particularly with craniosacral and fascial work. For deeper results, a follow-up session is recommended within 2–3 weeks of the initial treatment.

It is common for the body to continue integrating shifts for a few days following treatment as unwinding settles and adapts, particularly with Craniosacral work.
