The Holistic Benefits of Yoga

Transparent logo - rosie flower_edited.p

All you have is your body, so why not listen to it and truly connect. By nurturing this connection, you can build strength, find balance, and move through life with greater ease and confidence.

Mat Yoga

A gentle but potent 90-minute practice. Slow things down and come fully into your body with this calming 60-minute class, moving mindfully with your breath. We generate energy while working within our own abilities, creating space to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. The class finishes with a deep 30-minute relaxation, allowing the benefits of your practice to seep into every cell of your body. With a maximum of 10 students per class, you’ll enjoy an intimate, safe and supportive environment. This practice offers an opportunity for a deep connection with yourself—after all, our body is really the only thing we have, and it’s worth knowing well.

Benefits:

A clearer, calmer mind; increased flexibility and mobility; improved balance and heightened body awareness. By gently opening up the fascia—which is intertwined in every cell—this practice creates space for deep healing. Being in the body is the most grounding thing you can do. You’ll feel centred and deeply connected, enjoying a peaceful moment away from the busy mind and everyday stress.
