Women's Yoga Classes
🌿 Yoga with Deanna
A gentle, nourishing practice to help you slow down, listen, and reconnect with your body.
Each class is a thoughtful blend of flowing movement, restorative stillness, meditation, and breath awareness—drawing from Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Dru, and Zen-inspired practices. Whether you join Women's 50+ Yoga in the studio, or Chair Yoga offered at selected off-site locations, all classes are welcoming, supportive, and adapted to meet you where you are. This is not about pushing harder, but about moving with care, awareness, and respect for your body as it is today.
