Women's Yoga Classes

🌿 Yoga with Deanna

A gentle, nourishing practice to help you slow down, listen, and reconnect with your body.

Each class is a thoughtful blend of flowing movement, restorative stillness, meditation, and breath awareness—drawing from Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Dru, and Zen-inspired practices. The focus is simple: to release tension, calm the nervous system, and support you in feeling at ease within yourself.

Whether you join Women's 50+ Yoga in the studio, or Chair Yoga offered at selected off-site locations, all classes are welcoming, supportive, and adapted to meet you where you are. This is not about pushing harder, but about moving with care, awareness, and respect for your body as it is today.

Classes run during the Victorian school term and offers two types of yoga classes –
Women's 50+ Yoga and Chair Yoga.

All you have is your body, so why not listen to it and truly connect. By nurturing this connection, you can build strength, find balance, and move through life with greater ease and confidence.

Women's 50+ Yoga

If your body has been asking you to slow down rather than push harder, this space may be exactly what you need!

A nurturing 90-minute practice for women in midlife and beyond, designed to support gentle strength, mobility, balance, and a deepening sense of self-acceptance.

We move slowly and mindfully with the breath, creating space to reconnect with your body in a compassionate, pressure-free way. You’ll build strength and stability while improving flexibility and joint health—always working within your own abilities.

Each class concludes with a deeply restorative guided rest, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to fully receive the benefits of your practice.

A time to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in your body.
