Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Reschedule Policy

We understand sometimes we need to change our bookings, however please understand out therapist and teachers allocate and dedicate this time to be of service to you.

A $10 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.  Please see below for additional cancellation fees

Yoga Class

  • Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has an equal and fair change to practice.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel a class you will not incur a penalty if you inform us at least 6 hours before the class start time.  If you cancel within 6 hours there is no refund.

  • If a full term has been paid for an an unexpected emergency has raised, please contact Deanna to discuss credit or refund options.

  • If a full term has been paid and you are planning a trip away, please call Deanna to discuss options of a credit or refund options.  Please advise of dates 2 weeks prior to trip.

Massage

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment time you will not qualify for a refund. We are happy if you want to transfer the appointment  into someone else’s name.

  • Cancellations made outside 48 hours will incur a fee of $10.00.

Wedding Groups  & Group

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking time will not qualify for a refund.

  • Cancellations made 7 days outside of the booking will incur a fee of $80.

Late arrival

Massage

  • We finish the massage at the original arranged scheduled time, so please try and be on time.

Yoga classes

  • Classes start on time and finish on time.  If you arrive late, please be respectful of other students who have already started their practice and find your place on the mat.

Bookings

Bookings can be made online, over the phone, through email or in the studio.  Payment in full is required to make and secure your booking.  Should you be using a voucher to secure your booking please call Deanna on 0405 660 606 or email rutherglenyogamassage@gamil.com

Health and Safety

  • Rutherglen Yoga & Massage is committed to a safe and supportive studio.

  • Participants must be over the age of 18 to sign and complete a waiver form before participating in classes or massages declaring health conditions.

  • By booking a class, you agree that you are physically fit and capable of participating in yoga. 

  • You must notify Rutherglen Yoga & Massage of any pre-existing injuries or medication conditions that may impact exercise ability, including pregnancy.

  • You are aware of the physical risk involved with exercise and understand it is your personal responsibility for any risk or injury you may sustain as a result of participating.

  • Rutherglen Yoga & Massage are in no way liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from attending the studio.

  • Rutherglen Yoga & Massage teachers may offer hands-on adjustment only with your consent, and this consent may be given non-verbally via body language signaling.  You always have the right to decline physical touch non-verbally or by any other means.

  • On the day of your massage, if Alcohol has been consumed prior you your appointment you will be refused treatment without a refund. 

Gift Card Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 48hours of appointment time will not qualify for a refund & your gift voucher will be void. We are happy if you gift your appointment time to someone else.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours outside of  scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $10.

  • It essential to present your gift voucher at the time of your appointment.

  • Unfortunately, lost vouchers cannot be redeemed.

  • The valid date for your voucher can be found on the voucher itself.
