60 minute or 90 minute Private Yoga class details

Enjoy a calming, relaxing and intimate 60 or a 90 minute class.

Pricing: $35 - $40 p/person (incl GST).

Note: if your group is less than 4 people a flat rate of $160 applies.

Vinyasana Flow Yoga is a gentle practice for body and mind. Class includes a mixture of meditation, breath-work and energising movement.

Rolling Yoga Mat

Benefits: helps the body to get stronger, muscles become more flexible and provides physical, emotional and mental balance. Is shown to aid in pain relief, reduce stress, relieve depression, and improve sleep quality.

Class structure – max. 10 participants per group booking

  • body warm up with gentle stretching.

  • gentle guided movement with breath work supported with props

  • positioned on the floor as you experience deep relaxation / meditation to heighten the benefits of this yoga practice.

Suitable for:

  • Beginners and experienced yoga participants.

  • All age groups and genders.

  • Must be able to get up and down from the floor.

  • Pregnant participants – please advise when enquiring.

Tips when preparing for yoga

What to wear:

  • Comfortable clothing – not too tight or too loose. You need to be able to move freely without clothing hindering or restricting movement.

  • Bare feet is recommended during the class

  • Water bottle

  • Small towel
