Enjoy a calming, relaxing and intimate 90 minute class.

Easy Flow Yoga is a gentle practice for body and mind. Class includes a mixture of meditation, breath-work and energising movement.
Benefits: helps the body to get stronger, muscles become more flexible and provides physical, emotional and mental balance. Is shown to aid in pain relief, reduce stress, relieve depression, and improve sleep quality.
Class structure – max. eight (8) participants per group booking

15 minute body warm up with gentle stretching.

45 minute gentle guided movement with breath work.

30 minutes positioned on the floor as you experience deep relaxation / meditation to heighten the benefits of this yoga practice.

Restorative Yoga – Private group class details

Wellbeing Restorative Yoga is a slower, more restful and passive approach to Yoga. Its purpose is to help melt away muscle tension to create space in the body and alleviate stress
Benefits: deeply relaxes the body and stills the mind. Can help to balance our busy lifestyles and has an enormous capacity to heal stress-related physical and emotional issues.
Class structure – max. Five (5) participants per group booking:

During the 105 minute class, you will be guided through 5-7 different postures using different props (eg blankets, straps, weights, eye pillows and bolsters) for comfort and support.

Each posture has a specific purpose and benefit that is explained in depth.

During each posture, you will be guided through a body meditation.

Yin Yoga Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that encourages holding postures for five-ten minutes. These positions are most beneficial when you relax your muscles into the pose, deepening the stretch and finding your balance. Yin yoga’s main focus is calming the mind, reducing stress, and entering the mentality of focused meditation. The movements target the body’s connective tissues to help regulate the body’s flow of energy and promote balance and flexibility. It also is an effective way to work through anxiety, and emotional issues as the focus is on meditation and stillness.
Benefits: Calms and balances the mind and body, reduces stress and anxiety, increases circulation, improves flexibility, improves joint mobility.
Class structure – max. eight (8) participants per group booking

10 minute body warm up with gentle stretching.

50 minutes positioned on the floor featuring 8-10 different stretching postures with gentle movement in between.

30 minutes positioned on the floor as you experience deep relaxation / meditation to heighten the benefits of this yoga practice.

Please note that participants will be required to move from a standing to a laying position, and vice versa.

Tips when preparing for yoga
What to wear:

Comfortable clothing – not too tight or too loose. You need to be able to move freely without clothing hindering or restricting movement.
