Restorative Wellbeing Class Experience
Service Description
A restorative Self Care/Wellbeing Class typically involves 4-6 fully supported yoga postures on the mat/bolsters over 90 minutes that allows the mind and body to sink and surrender. There is no effort required. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and energized with a calm mind.

Cancellation Policy
Massage - Cancellation within 48 hours there is no refund. We are happy if you would like to transfer the booking into someone else name. If you cancel more than 48 hours notice there is a $20 cancellation fee & for Group bookings there is a $50 cancellation fee. Yoga - If you need to reschedule of cancel a class, you will not incur a penalty if you inform us at least 6 hours before the class start time. If you cancel within 6 hours there is not refund, however you can transfer your booking into someone else name.
