Cancellation Policy

Massage - Cancellation within 48 hours there is no refund. We are happy if you would like to transfer the booking into someone else name. If you cancel or reschedule outside of 48 hours notice there is a $20 administration fee. Weddings and Private Groups - Cancellation within 7 days there is no refund. If you cancel or reschedule outside 48 hours there is a $50 admin fee. Yoga - If you need to reschedule of cancel a class, you will not incur a penalty if you inform us at least 6 hours before the class start time. If you cancel within 6 hours there is not refund, however you can transfer your booking into someone else name. Yoga Class packs are valid for a term and not transferrable to others. Gift Vouchers - Cancellation of appointment less than 48 hours prior to appointment will result in the gift voucher being VOID. Voucher must be presented upon redemption. Lost vouchers cannot be redeemed.
