I’m Deanna Hill, and it’s a true joy to welcome you to this quiet space of healing, rest, and renewal.
Over the years, my work has gently evolved—just as we do. As my body changes with age, I’ve been drawn back to the beauty of simplicity. Slowing down, listening more deeply, and honouring what the body truly needs. There is a gift in this… a deeper awareness, a softer strength, and a growing sense of acceptance and self-love.
With over 20 years as a Remedial Massage therapist and a certified Yoga teacher since 2017, my approach is grounded in experience, but guided by presence. My own yoga journey of more than 30 years continues to shape the way I hold space—for both body and spirit.
This is more than a studio. It’s a sanctuary.
